The La Mer development is positioned on the prestigious Jumeirah Beach stretch and contains luxury lifestyle components appropriate for a coastal seafront location. The beach cabanas are situated at the beginning of the South Island section and are intended to attract high end visitors who value comfort and convenience when entertaining family and friends. Internally, the cabanas provide a private seating area, pantry, bathroom and store. Externally, there is a fully screened shower and semi public terrace. The units are aimed to fill a market gap which doesn’t currently exist and will act as stand alone beach cabanas which are not attached to a hotel.

The cabanas are designed as a series of fully serviced rooms with direct access to the beach and sea. The overall facility includes a fully equipped reception space to welcome guests and a dedicated beach area segregated from the adjacent residential and public retail zones. Each cabana is designed for 8 guests and will also include an outdoor jacuzzi with shower facilities, sunbeds and a well equipped kitchenette. Set around a series of pathways, the cabanas will have access to clubhouse facilities and are designed with the use of natural materials to suit their environment and achieve an understated harmony with these marine surroundings.
