Visitors who arrive into the lobby are greeted by an atrium space where one can see vertically through the centre of the building. The organic shaping and informal visual language of the space suggests the natural movement of changing air currents which contrasts with the angular geometry of the structure.

This theme is reiterated throughout the interior areas by providing vistas where possible to take  advantage of the panoramic ocean views. The deployed materials are a mix of hard finishes in common areas and tactile finishes in the apartments, both of which directly relate to the external facade to create a coherent inside out design soloution. The scheme combines a sophisticated palette of materials with energetic contemporary forms with the intent to engage the users and occupants through movement.
