The interior aspiration draws reference from the vibrant auto themed locality in tandem with the architectural language of the structure itself while equally achieving real estate space efficiencies which delivers on the business viability of the assignment. The project essentially comprises basement parking, boutique furnished apartments, retail strip located on the ground and mezzanine levels, leisure facilities and gardens.

The client aims to create a thriving community where the mixed use building includes residential, retail and leisure components all designed in a contemporary style and which includes support amenities such as recreation, swimming pool and landscaped outdoor spaces. Focus has been given to apartment privacy whilst maintaining community integration. The current apartment mix on the upper levels includes studios, one bedroom units with one bathroom, two bedroom units with two bathrooms and all types includes a ribbon balcony system aesthetic which connects the living blocks with the linearity of the building facades.
