Ellington Group focus on developing multi-family communities in a number of locations in Dubai including Jumeirah Village Circle which they see as an emerging city district and where they are constructing two new multi-family apartment complex’s. The B4 building has an area of 14,087m2 over G+3P+12 levels while the B5 building has an area of 15,761m2 over G+4P+13 levels. Both towers consist of Studios, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units, ground level and podium parking, recreation rooms and communal courtyards. AK Design adhered to best practice procedures in delivering refreshing interior design solutions as well as achieving Authority approvals acting as the project LDC.

AK Design provided full Interior Design services for all units and support spaces including superior 3D visualisation to convey the character and ambience for selected areas. To fit in with the client’s vision, the design approach has been contemporary with layouts and product selections which embrace high international standards and elegant simplicity. We blended our creativity with ease of functionality to achieve uncluttered interiors with timeless urban sophistication. Other core duties included FF&E selections to harmonise with the interior ambiences, domestic kitchen equipment specifications, lighting design and a pragmatic approach to durable surface finishes throughout.
