Located in Maritime City in close proximity to the sea and with excellent access to the waterfront promenade, the 52 storey tower is a mixed use development comprising residential and serviced apartments. The overall height of the structure is 200 meters tall. The site location and context together with the waterfront characteristics provide the backdrop to the architectural development of the project by building components, orientation and shape.

The rhomboid tower offers an unimpeded view of the sea. It contains the serviced and residential apartments as well as shared facilities which are located at the bottom and top level of the tower. The bottom level houses the gym, spa, business centre, while at the top level an infinity pool, restaurant and lounge are provided. The new development makes reference to the Atria Towers by Deyaar Properties, bringing in key elements from that project to strenghten and enhance the Deyaar brand.
