The interior scope embraced the design for all public areas including a gym, recreation rooms and children’s play area as well as the individual apartments. The apartment layouts range from studio, duplex, one and two beds and penthouses. The overall interior design scheme is supported by two finishes options for the apartments for owners to select their preference.

The interior design was driven by a contemporary loft concept to provide owners with flexible open spaces. Large sliding timber panels allow bedrooms to be fully opened to the living areas or completely closed for privacy. Duplex apartments with double height living spaces maximise the open space and natural light. The contemporary design continues in the lobby spaces. A layered ceiling design integrated with the floor and wall features and timber panels wrap around walls and intersects with light stone finishes.
Park Island

This high rise development includes one, two and three bedroom apartments, penthouses and unique duplex apartments directly facing the Marina. The duplex apartments feature private entrances and large balconies to create the feeling of a waterfront villa with the convenience of the amenities attached to a multi-storey development.

Special attention to detailing has been made in the public areas with flush finishes and integrated controls to give the feeling of luxury in a domestic setting. Inside, warm beige tones and timber finishes provide a neutral base palette to accommodate a variety of home interior styles and the apartments are divided into light and dark options. There is considered attention to joinery locations with plenty of storage and hidden utilities.
